  • Everyone! It’s not just for Australians, and it’s open to anyone and everyone in the community who wants a fun free day out and to experience a day of Australia in Brooklyn.

  • More than welcome! We would love to have you and your families join us for the day. Attached to the Old Stone House is the J.J. Byrne Playground filled with water fountains and a playground for kids.

  • Here’s a link to the Old Stone House on Google, and the best bet is to use public transport to get there! There are close-by stops for the D, N, R, W and F trains (as well as the 2 and 3).

  • BYO picnic rugs and portable shade in case it’s a hot day as well as food and drinks (alcohol is not permitted) so you can make yourself a picnic (with the sausages we’re grilling for you!)

  • No! Pop in and out however you’d like throughout the day, we’ll be running activities all day and the sausages and drinks will be flowing!

  • We’ll have a sausage sizzle running all day, we’ve got a bar selling Australian beers and wines, and we’ll have sports and backyard games happening! There’s also a playground for the kids, and our partners will be selling snacks as well!

  • Yes! We’re got all sorts of Australian food, and drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic). You are not permitted to bring your own alcoholic drinks.
